Model SchemeThe Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) is the UK's independent authority set up to promote access to official information and to protect personal information. The government is now requiring that authorities, including Parish Councils, should produce a guide to the specific information that they hold and how relevant information will be made available to the general public.
